Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revio, a checkout platform for Shopify merchants ("Revio," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Revio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Revio.
Revio is operated by Marketfy LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.
1. What Revio does
Revio lets a Shopify merchant ("you," "Merchant") replace Shopify's default checkout with a branded checkout page hosted by Revio. Orders placed through that page are synced back into your Shopify Admin. Revio does not process payments itself. Every payment is processed through your own connected Whop account, using Whop's payment infrastructure and subject to Whop's own terms. Revio never stores or has access to your customers' full card details.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a Revio account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by staff you grant access to. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connecting Shopify and Whop
Using Revio requires connecting your own Shopify store and your own Whop account. You are responsible for complying with Shopify's and Whop's own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and any requirements they place on your account (including Whop's own underwriting and risk review of your business). Revio is not responsible for actions Shopify or Whop take against your accounts with them, including suspension, restriction, or termination.
4. Fees and billing
Revio charges a recurring subscription fee (currently a single Revio plan, at the price shown in your dashboard at the time of signup) plus 0.5% of the total value of orders you process through Revio's checkout. The 0.5% is taken automatically on each payment through Whop; there is no separate monthly usage invoice. The subscription is charged through Whop as well. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a subscription payment fails and is not resolved after a reasonable retry period, we may suspend your access to Revio's checkout (your Shopify store falls back to its default checkout) until the balance is settled.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use Revio to:
- Sell illegal goods or services, or goods/services prohibited by Shopify's or Whop's own acceptable use policies.
- Process payments for another business without our and Whop's knowledge.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Revio's systems.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or the products/services you sell.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, shipping policies, refund policies, and any claims made on your branded checkout page (including any custom HTML or content blocks you add).
6. Customer data you collect
Through your checkout, Revio collects your customers' contact and shipping information on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it). You are the data controller for your own customers' information and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own privacy disclosures to your customers.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Revio's checkout available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Revio depends on third-party services (Shopify, Whop, and others), so an outage or change on their end can affect Revio's availability, and we are not liable for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
8. Termination
You may stop using Revio at any time by disconnecting your Shopify and Whop accounts and removing the checkout script from your theme. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by Shopify or Whop, or if your account is past due on fees for an extended period. On termination, outstanding fees remain due.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Revio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of Revio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Revio in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your dashboard where reasonably practicable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of the United States in which Marketfy LLC is registered, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
